• For the equipment to have a useful load capacity at a beneficial radius, 1 ton at 3 metres.
• The nose and drawbar weight must be within the regulations in both laden and un-laden conditions (while this was achieved, it is also subject to sensible loading)
• The crane should have a slew rotation to enable full coverage of the lifting zone and trailer bed so that the trailer can be easily loaded from either side. This target was met with Ritespec Towlift 3000, offering 420 degrees of rotation stop to stop.
