John Howell, the owner of Pro-TechT, started the business in the back room and garage at his house. He worked at a child’s desk, and his legs couldn’t even fit under the desk. Several years later, Pro-TechT Security, Audio/Video & Automation moved to a small office in Carrollton, Texas, and then to a larger office. They currently are located in their own building at 1942 N Interstate 35E in Carrollton.

The Pro-TechT team currently has 15 staff members and contractors who are extremely customer-focused. “We only install the best security, audio/video, and automation products, which helps, as our customers love our installations and the products we install for them in their homes and businesses,” said Mr. Howell.
