Nutrition Coaches Organization, a platform for nutrition coaches, today announces the launch of its new interactive website. The new website offers readers and web visitors – especially nutrition coaches – a wealth of industry information all presented in a clean, clear, and simple to navigate web format.
Nutrition coaching is part of the more extensive health and wellness coaching movement. Many personal trainers are choosing to offer nutrition coaching to their clients as an additional service. That means better results for the clients and more income for the trainer. Many well-known and respected organizations are offering nutrition coaching certifications. These include ACE, ISSA, NASM, NESTA, Precision Nutrition, and others.
Nutrition coaches are distinct from Registered Dietitians (RDs), Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs), and nutritionists. Consequently, there is no official governing body for nutrition coaches, so there is no central resource. The new website www.nutritioncoaches.org will serve as that resource for them.
What’s more, it is estimated that there are more than 100,000 health and wellness coaches around the world. With that number, everyone thinks they would have a better support system. It is speculated to be a system for getting ideas, asking questions, for collaborating and more. However, there is not. That’s what Nutrition Coaches Organization hopes to create. The platform hopes everyone will join their community, participate and help them establish something impactful and valuable for every nutrition coach.
The website at NutritionCoaches.org offers a variety of career resources and useful information for nutrition coaches. It contains reviews of nutrition coaching certification programs so that aspiring nutrition coaches can choose the best program to fit their needs. It also presents advice about how to be a good coach and advice about how to run a business, especially useful because many coaches and trainers are self-employed.
Levi Bloom, the website founder, holds a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification. “Unless someone has superhuman genetics, they need proper nutrition to perform at their best. Every coach and personal trainer should offer nutrition coaching to their clients,” says Levi Boom.
Nutrition Coaches Organization’s mission is to provide nutrition coaches with all the essential resources they need to begin, establish, support, connect, and grow their business. Their ultimate aim is to help the nutrition coach community grow. A few years ago, a specialist could find one, perhaps two nutrition schools which were online. Now, there’s an abundance of choices to learn all-inclusive nutrition online, and some are much better than others. One will find a comprehensive list of training courses on the platform, including nutrition science, coaching psychology, and holistic nutrition.
Just recently, Nutrition Coaches Organization began promoting a free nutrition coaching course. Anyone can boost their skills with the free course from the professionals at Precision Nutrition. More information is available at https://www.nutritioncoaches.org/free-course.
