Hardison & Cochran is proud to have served as a sponsor of the Camp Royall Classic Golf Tournament hosted by the Autism Society of North Carolina.
The golf tournament was held on Monday, May 6, 2019, at the Governors Club in Chapel Hill. The tournament was played on the spectacular 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course with a barbecue lunch after the tournament. Participants had a chance to win amazing prizes, such as a Lexus for a hole-in-one or $5,000 in the Putt for Cash Contest.
The proceeds of the golf tournament will be used to send people to Camp Royall, which is known as the country’s biggest and oldest camp for adults and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
According to the Autism Society, more than 60,000 North Carolina residents and their families cope with Autism Spectrum Disorder, which includes a group of developmental disabilities affecting a person’s behavioral skills and ability to communicate and interact socially.
